Delivering
Once you have found, or designed, product you want, you can order it here online. Wherever you place your order,
our studio creates a wall mural, rollers or vertical blinds, entirely according to your wishes. You pay your
order online and we deliver with UPS service to your specified delivery address. It's easy and convenient!
How long deos it take to receive my order?
- Your product will be delivered within 8 – 15 working days including manufacturing process with UPS service on
regular working days from Monday to Friday.
How much does shipping cost?
- The exact delivery cost will be specified when selecting destination country at the checkout.
- The price excludes any import taxes and/or customs duties applicable in your country, which remain the responsibility of the Buyer.
What if items are damaged when they arrive?
- In such cases you must: Inform us (within 24 hours) about the situation by sending an email to hello@decoshaker.com
Also please take a photo of your damaged package and send it to us.
How will my order be delivered & packed?
- The product comes in a cardboard tube via UPS express service. It contains your ordered product and hanging
instructions. If you are ordering our wall murals, paste is included.
We deliver our wall coverings and window treatments in cooperation UPS is part of the world’s
leading postal and logistics company UPS Group. This enables us to deliver your wall mural,
vertical or roller blind in a short time period. (8- 15 working days including manufacturing process).
